Gabedit crashes on Ubuntu 20.04

I have installed the package Gabedit on Ubuntu 20.04 using the Ubuntu software center, and the software crashes when I try to use it. I can initialize Gabedit but they close after the navigation in the buttons begin. Until recently, Gabedit worked fine on Ubuntu, but until yesterday I couldn't use it.

This packages will no longer work on Ubuntu newer versions?

I do have the same issue on ubuntu 20.04 but also 22.04. Running it in terminal here is the error I obtain
