Bug Description

Mojo is asking immediately for sudo password without user feedback when running a command and there is no mojo project setup. This can happen easily when series have changed since project had been setup.

Apparently, when a containerless project hasn't been setup for the series defined in .mojorc, mojo commands like project-destroy seem to try to send a signal to some process https://pastebin.canonical.com/p/qWMJxJcwM3/ (sorry, Canonical link).

Of course, this can be fixed by adding appropriate -s flag to the mojo command, but it's a bit confusing. I think we could add a warning when no project has been found before trying to run commands requiring root access.
