windows: can't enter specials characters with alt gr

Hi,

Since version 5.5.4, we can't enter some specials characters like |, \ (I didn't test all of them) in any fields. Before it was possible.

It's really a problem especialy for the regex of the affectation functionality.

Can you fix this ?

this is a GTK 3.24.31 windows stack bug
(if you try gtk3-widget-factory.exe in HB directory)

fortunately copy/paste into a widget is still working.

ok, for the record this is indeed a GTK bug.
it seem they started to play with keyboard dead key starting v3.24.28 and broke any altgr input since.

so downgrading to 3.24.27 should be ok

confirmed, after upgrading to 3.24.32 alt gr + key works again
