Bug Description

Hi there!

I needed to build smpq on macOS, and noticed that 1.6 fails to build out of the box. It's a couple of pretty easy fixes to get it building, though, which I have as a patch at https://github.com/Kreeblah/smpq-mac/commit/9b8bec8729c0651b2ef20e33bd1972ae00b832e0.patch?full_index=1

Is there any way that could be merged into the codebase?

Thanks!

Hello Kreeblah and sorry for a long delay. For some unknown reasons Launchpad did not sent me an email notification about new bug report and because last smpq bug was reported and closed long time ago I have not periodically checked this page if there a new bug report.

About this bug report, could you please open merge request on Launchpad, so I can review it?

Changed in smpq:

Sure. I've never used Launchpad's code tools before, so I hope I did it right. But, I've got a request in now.

If this gets merged, is there any chance a new version could be created? I was hoping to get this added to Homebrew (a macOS package manager), but they really prefer to avoid having to apply patches or use unversioned commits for packages.

Thank you!

I have subscribed me to the whole project and seems that email notifications started working again.

Merge request was created, so I will put comments there.

About new release, it is really long time since the last release but today I commited one small fix to repo, so after fixing compilation for your platform, I think that I can look how to release a new version...
