blueprint tracker lacks an advanced search

Launchpad Blueprints lack an advanced search form like in the Malone bugtracker.
Users can't search for:
- new blueprints,
- deferred blueprints,
- high priority blueprints,
- specs with no url,
- specs with no whiteboard,
- specs with an url pointing to non-wiki page
- their own blueprints,
- particular user's blueprints,
- blueprints assigned to a particular milestone,
- etc...
Listing someone's blueprints can be achieved by accessing https://blueprints.launchpad.net/blueprint/user/+specs?role=registrant
but this is not easy to figure out.

For a small project this may be useless, but for big projects such as Ubuntu, which has 2521 blueprints as of now this would be awesome, as right now it's practically impossible to navigate through them.

For now add at least somelinks in blueprint page of users.
Search exludes complete (released, obsolete, and a superceded) blueprints by default.

Plz add hack url to show all statuses
