Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
I'm running Evolution 2.12.1-0ubuntu1 on Linux Mint Darnya, which is built on Gutsy. When I exit and then re-start Evolution, it does not remember where its window was located on exit.
*Edit: Discovered the bug in this pargraph affects all moved programs, so please disregard* Also (don't know if it's related), I have both a top and a bottom panel (Mint only has a bottom panel on default, but I added a top one). When Evo is not maximized, if I move it to another desktop, rather than respecting the top panel, Evo places itself so that the minimize / maximize / close bar at the top of the Evo window is hidden behind the top panel.
Happy to provide other pertinent info about my system; please just ask. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

Are you running compiz (Advanced Desktop Effects turned on?). I remember Evo doing this to me on a dual-monitor setup (would not realize top panel was not there). Think it might be under compiz, though.
I'm not seeing that effect under Hardy, though.
