arq delete no valid

when delete arq by 'openstack accelerator arq delete c48f5ac0-0bff-44c0-9106-1850b355c5ca', it calls the api below[1], this means we delete the arq for c48f5ac0-0bff-44c0-9106-1850b355c5ca instance, not arq uuid, while the cmd need the arq uuid, and the arq cannot be deleted.
