Bug Description

Although I cancelled my another account xxx@xxx, it still occupies the ID of xxx and receive notification e-mail when others leave a message

And I re-register a account use this e-mail, I can Successfully registered but it will make a mistake (Error ID: OOPS-abb7a363a936dac70bc4c391534beb13) When I login.

We will need more details to be able to identify your previous account. Can you provide it by using the 'Contact this user' link on my profile page?

Can you also explain your problem a little more - what was the issue that you had, how you tried to resolve it, and what are the errors/issues that you are encountering.

This bug report sounds more like a question than a bug in Launchpad itself. So I will convert it into a question now.
