Touch Pad not working on my Ubuntu laptop (Lenovo Ideapad)

Bug Description

I have recently installed ubuntu in my laptop which having windows previous, and I have made the partition to install ubuntu dual boot and ubuntu starts working fine. But after few days started noticed my touch pad of my laptop started not working I am not sure why this thing happened, since before I am using one external mouse so I haven't noticed this bug at starting. But when I am trying to use my ubuntu without mouse it was hard to handle since my touch pad is not working. Please help me to fix this bug. Thank you

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
