Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

There are a lot of error message about failing to load libesets_pac.so. Can you ensure that this library is available or remove it from /etc/ld.so.preload? Then try again to run "sudo update-initramfs -u -v".
