Address parameters not printing on Bills, current print templates

Tested on Evergreen 3.6

The following patron address parameters show in preview section of Bills, current Print templates but do not pull any address information when printing:

  {{address.street1}}
  {{address.street2}}
  {{address.city}}
  {{address.state}}
  {{address.post_code}}

To test go to Administration -> Print Templates

1) Change Template Name to Bills, Current
2) Edit template to print the above listed address parameters.
3) Click on the Save Locally button

Note: the preview section looks like the address will print:

123 Apple Rd
Suite B
Anywhere, XX 12345

4) Bring up a patron that has bills
5) Click on the Bills tab in the patron screen
6) Right click on a bill and select Print Bills

The address will not print.
