Thank you for your work. Those changes are not corrects though, libwnck doesn't use those libraries and should not depends on those, that a compiz issue which declares a requirements on libraries but doesn't use the corresponding depends

This is fixed with the latest compiz upload, it fixes the compiz-dev dependencies.
