Missing Azure Regions: westus3 swedencentral

Azure has added the following regions: westus3 swedencentral

IS would like to deploy cloud mirrors into these regions but juju appears to not support them yet:

southafricanorth is supported (it's in the juju regions output)

I tried bootstrapping to uswest3 and it worked ok.
When I tried swedencentral, the api timed out. Maybe the new region is not generally available? Will have to look into it.

Edit: I tried again and it worked, it's just really slow

You can try these new regions without waiting for juju by grabbing this file

http://streams.canonical.com/juju/public-clouds.syaml

and putting it in ~/.local/share/juju

Edit it to add the new regions and you can see if they work for you.

My bad on southafricanorth, I did realise it was supported and removed it from bug description but apparently forgot the title.

The new regions have been added and published to

Existing juju installs can run "juju update-public-clouds" to get the new metadata.
