Bug Description
After update from linux 5.13.0-21 to linux 5.13.0-22 my laptop won't shut down properly, instead it would almost shut down, but then get stuck in a state, there screen is black, but fans are still working, CPU generating heat and blue LED on a laptop case is on. Computer does not react to any key, only thing I could do is forcefully shut down by long pressing power button.
Older kernel version still works as expected.
I've noticed exactly the same problem with another OS on that laptop when updating from 5.11.0-40 to 5.11.0-41.
Laptop is Acer A515-41G-T4MX. It has two AMD GPU's, one is buit-in, and another is "discrete". I use "legacy bios" mode instead of UEFI.
