[ui] broken link in Controllers screen when controller channel is different

The link mentioned in the video/gh link above leads to "Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private." - in fact, this page is accessible only after the authentication (but still it doesn't contain a lot of useful info).

Probably, we should consider removing it or adding a new reference, so unexperienced user won't get a bad UX looking on the "page doesn't exist" message?

i changed the linked article to "Users" from "Lounge", so no auth required. It will isn't very good. I'll talk to Adam about whether we use bugs or Jira issues to fix these things. ??
