Bug Description
Open the attached net and show the trace. The unfolded net is missing a layout.
If you instead press M, the unfolded net gets a layout (but the GUI still says it
is missing layout, even though it got a layout).

The net that has this problem is referendum-colored - use verifypn with "some trace" option and the unfolding where the trace is visualized does not have positioning information.
