Bug Description

The attached screenshot shows the application saying it can't satisfy dependencies

I have been able to get this issue with deadbeak and Microsoft Edge
https://deadbeef.sourceforge.io/download.html
https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download?platform=linux-deb
in the case of edge if you add the PPA then you can install via apt-get and nothing breaks

To reproduce just download a deb file and try to install it using the GUI
$ qapt-deb-installer ~/Downloads/deadbeef-static_1.8.8-1_amd64.deb
Get sad you can't install it without breaking apt...
install it anyway using dpkg
this is odd apt is perfectly happy

Installed with dpkg:
$ sudo dpkg -i ./deadbeef-static_1.8.8-1_amd64.deb
[sudo] password for chad:

Oh look at that nothing is broken
$ sudo apt-get install -f

Hi.

Also happening with libmt32emu-2.6.1.deb and libmt32emu-dev-2.6.1.deb from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/munt/files/munt/2.6.2/Linux/deb/amd64/

QApt shows "Error: Cannot satisfy dependencies", but installing both of them with "dpkg -i" worked with no errors.

Happens with https://downloads.dlang.org/releases/2022/dmd_2.101.0-0_amd64.deb as well. Works just fine with `dpkg -i`.
