Bug Description
The current version of libjuju is pinned to commit 3d54f75 (for the snap, not pinned for use as a package).
The newer versions of libjuju have several improvements that are specially useful for use as a library:
* SSH key location now supports the JUJU_DATA directory (before hardcoded to $HOME). This makes it easier to use a different location for the juju configuration files
* Automatic download of controller backups, so the tool doesn't have to handle that manually. This is a breaking change in the libjuju API.
