Everything looks good to me, just one question - I see uvtool-libvirt depends on python3-simplestreams, have you looked at and/or tested uvtool on focal with the backported python3-simplestreams?

Thanks for reviewing Dan. I tested basic functionality and it seems to be working fine:

$ uvt-simplestreams-libvirt --verbose sync release=focal arch=amd64
Adding: com.ubuntu.cloud:server:20.04:amd64 20220207

$ uvt-simplestreams-libvirt query
release=focal arch=amd64 label=release (20220207)

This in a Focal container.
