Trying to update from 21.04 (focal fossa) to 21.04. Installer hangs no matter what I try.

3.) I expect the installer to complete.
4.) From what it looked like, the installer hung once it hit an amd64 package. I tried a couple different methods (both gui and tui). On one of my earlier upgrade attempts, It was saying I didn't have a meta-package installed. I fixed this issue but through the GUI it still hangs there. Any help/ideas are appreciated. Thank you!
