Bug Description
In autopkg tests lintian build fail with:
autoreconf: warning: autoconf input should be named 'configure.ac', not 'configure.in'
autoreconf: warning: 'configure.ac' and 'configure.in' both present.

autoreconf: error: configure.ac: AC_INIT not found; not an autoconf script?

AC_INIT is missing in macro-not-

* create new ubuntu release
* create Debian bug
