Grub failed to install at end of Mate installation on Dell Optiplex 390 64bit Intelx86 corei5

I have a Dell Optiplex Desktop with win 10

After updating Win10 and attempting install of Ubuntu Mate Desktop, it failed at the very end with Grup installation error

Groovy is EOL. Can you reproduce this bug in newer Ubuntu MATE release?
