metallb sporadic failure

We deploy metallb on top of charmed microk8s and then bootstrap juju to microk8s.

Sometimes meyallb provided IP is not accessible. I cannot find a pattern, we are running this in two silos and it sporadically hits in both of them

In following example 10.246.64.90 is the IP from metallb range.
We have other runs where the same range worked just fine.

Here is a successful run on the same silo, it even used the same IP (no surprise, it is the first in the range)
