Toggle enable/disable dock autohide gives glitches

Ubuntu 22.04 development branch @ 4/11/2021 with kernel 5.13.0-19-generic (wayland)

When opening gnome-control-center and toggle enable/disable the dock to autohide
a few times, the gnome-control-center window gives glitches/flashes
this is not on random, it can be reproduced

If the autohide setting is causing the gnome-control-center window to move or resize (and then "glitch") then this could be bug 1947149.

There are two glitches here:
1. Selecting the Appearance tab for the first time causes the Dock to disappear briefly.
2. Toggling the "Auto-hide the Dock" setting causes the Dock (plus the Settings icon) and the Application menu to flash and re-render.

Tested on a Xorg session, where i cannot reproduce the glitches
