Please sync blinker 1.4+dfsg1-0.4 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Drop python2 support in ubuntu too, no reverse-dependencies
    left, and blocking python-nose removal

Thank you for filing this! I've just got to triaging it today, but looks like Gianfranco also noticed this potential sync a few hours ago and has synced it already, so I'm marking this bug Fix Released.
