Bug Description
I have enabled displaying the seconds in the GNOME top bar time using the GNOME Tweaks application. Occasionally, the last digit of the seconds is cut. It often gets fixed for a small number of seconds or by hovering or clicking on the time.
I am unable to take a screenshot illustrating the issue since taking a screenshot appears to temporarily fix the issue. So I have taken a photo using a mobile phone and have attached it to this bug.

This issue went away on disabling the display of seconds and then re-enabling it. Will check if this persists across reboots and report here if I see the issue again.
