Bug Description

I have a Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable with a 7320 Detachable Active Pen (PN7320A). The pen mostly works, aside from a periodic bug (https://github.com/linuxwacom/input-wacom/issues/281). It shows up as a Wacom pen from libinput:

Device: Wacom HID 49A3 Pen
Kernel: /dev/input/event4
Group: 6
Seat: seat0, default
Size: 274x183mm
Capabilities: tablet
Tap-to-click: n/a

Nat.scrolling: n/a
Middle emulation: n/a
Calibration: identity matrix
Scroll methods: none
Click methods: none
Disable-w-typing: n/a
Accel profiles: none
Rotation: n/a

I cannot configure it via the Wacom Tablet settings in the control center. It always says "No stylus found" despite being able to use the stylus with applications such as Xournal++.

Thank you for your bug report. Could you add the output of
$ libwacom-list-local-devices
?

it sounds like libwacom isn't knowing about it then, reassigning. You might want to report the issue directly to upstream on https://github.com/linuxwacom/libwacom/issues
