Bug Description

Terminator 0.8.1
Because of a bug in gnome-terminal:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=518184
https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-terminal/+bug/194598

A user using a custom profile where "title and command"->"When command exits" hasn't been modified, the value of
/apps/gnome-terminal/profiles/<profile name>/exit_action
may be set to "left" instead of "close".

as a result, when a user type Ctrl-D or exit in a terminal view, the terminal view will not exit and user will have to close the view manually.

To prevent this bug, terminator needs to interpret "left" as "close"

I've reproduced this and we should indeed carry the simple patch because plenty of people will be running a buggy g-t for a while

Committed the patch to trunk. I also cleaned up the exit_action handling so the default config value just matches gconf.
