jenkins-tripleo-quickstart-promote-wallaby-current-tripleo-delorean-minimal does not install /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/network-data-samples/default-network-isolation.yaml

jenkins-tripleo-quickstart-promote-wallaby-current-tripleo-delorean-minimal are failing the network provision step due to the missing file:

 /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/network-data-samples/default-network-isolation.yaml

The distgit was updated to include it https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates-distgit/+/35974 I wonder if the THT patch is missing?

Installed tripleo-heat-templates rpm didn't have network-data-samples directory

$ rpm -qa | grep -i tripleo-heat
openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-14.3.1-0.20211011002856.f556f24.el8osttrunk.noarch

ls /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/network-data-samples/default-network-isolation.yaml
ls: cannot access '/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/network-data-samples/default-network-isolation.yaml': No such file or directory

Fix was merged already on 11thoct in master and wallaby
