Boostrap OPAC (BOOPAC) does not clear shelving location list when changing branches

Tested on 3.7

In the new Bootstrap OPAC (BOOPAC) when going to advanced search and selecting a branch to search at, the Locations List reload that branches shelving location below the default list of shelving location when you enter the screen. Every time you change branches, it adds another copy of the libraries shelving locations.

After applying the patch the options for locations were identical to the options that are displayed in the tpac.
