Can't use number pad for password prompt full disk encryption

Bug Description

When the entering my password for full disk encryption, I cannot use the number pad to enter numbers. The number pad keys enter several characters in the password prompt and that occasionally makes the password prompt crash.

Entering the numbers using the top keyboard row has no problems.
