Bug Description

The Power Saving option was set for the screen to go blank after five minutes. After the update, the screen will now not come back on when the mouse or keyboard is utilized. The computer appears to be still operational as it's registering keystrokes, but it must be restarted in order for the screen to come back up.

It appears the vc4 kernel driver (Broadcom GPU) is crashing a lot in HDMI functions. We should treat this as a duplicate of bug 1944397 until proven otherwise.

affects: xorg (Ubuntu) → linux-raspi (Ubuntu)
