gnome constantly freezes on ubuntu 21.10.

steps to reproduce:
open chromium-browser
Click on the top bar
gnome freezes instantly, requiring a hard reset.

It seems to be the vc4 kernel driver (Broadcom graphics) that keeps crashing. I suggest we treat this as a duplicate of bug 1944397 unless proven otherwise.
