mono-tools failed to build in the latest rebuild test due to bad/missing build-deps:
E: Package libxul-dev has no installation candidate
Package libxul-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
apt-get failed.

confirmed. looks like mono-tools needs to be forward-ported to xulrunner-1.9?
