[hardy] gcvs has menu entry in 'other' rather than 'programming'

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gcvs
gcvs sticks its menu entry in other, not in programming. It is the only entry in other, and tkcvs uses programming.
I suspect there is (should be?) a Debian standard for where these things go.
This is current hardy, and gcvs 1.0final-13build1
