maas-ui doesn't work in safari browser

MAAS 1:3.0.0-10029-g.986ea3e45-0ubuntu1~20.04.1

I've installed fresh maas 3.0 and can't get any page in safari(Version 14.1.2 (16611.3.10.1.6)) Also some of my teammates met this problem with the same browsed. There were no changes if I clear cache or cookie.

I see error "Error: There was an issue loading MAAS. Try checking your network connection and refresh this page."

Other browsers works well(Chrome and Firefox)

In the web console I see next errors:
