openstack apply failed due to continuous failures in mariadb-server-1 pod

After entire system rebooted (triggered by network switch reboot), noticed that openstack was failed. Tried couple time by re-applying but each time failed at the progress of " processing chart: osh-openstack-mariadb, overall completion: 14.0%"

This is the second time I produce this issue. [1]
