[Dell Inspiron 5301] Touch pad

Hi ! I have a little problem with my Touch pad. When i'm going to the applications page and that i do anything, suddenly i can't scroll.
When i run xinput list i see that touchpad is in DLL and not in Synaptics maybe it's the problem or not, it's like that i'm doing this report.

Does that mean you only can't scroll the applications page, or that you can't scroll app windows *after* using the applications page?

And is it only scrolling? Can you still move the pointer?
