Bug Description

Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS x86_64 fully updated with apt.

My installed packages:

ii pulseaudio 1:13.99.1-1ubuntu3.11 amd64 PulseAudio sound server
ii paprefs 1.1-1build1 amd64 PulseAudio Preferences

Running paprefs to enable options shows everything disabled/unavailable. Specifically options for Network Access, Network Server, etc are all greyed out and not selectable.

Using this workaround found online, options within paprefs are all enabled:
ln -s /usr/lib/pulse-13.99.1 /usr/lib/pulse-13.99

After, setting option to 'Make discoverable Apple AirTunes sound devices available locally' now works and audio output to such a device works perfectly.

Expected behavior - paprefs should not need a symlink to an old library directory in order to function correctly.
