Bug Description

A number of LDAP-related configuration parameters were removed from Keystone during Ocata release:

Same parameters were removed from one of puppet-keystone's manifests, but left in others (manifests/ldap_backend.pp) and were not cleaned up from puppet-keystone example manifests (examples/ldap*.pp):

Although this bug is valid for stable/train, appropriate fix was delivered during Ussuri life cycle and unused parameters were deprecated:

We already removed these parameters during Xena cycle, so I'll close this now.
