failure to compile on Kernel 5.13.9 Ubuntu 21.04

trying to compile NDISWrapper from source and I keep getting this:

There is no ndiswrapper in 21.04. The last remaining 'supported' scenarios are kernels up to 5.4 on Ubuntu releases up to 20.04
