Please sync ayatana-indicator-messages 0.8.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

This is part of the suite of Ayatana Indicators and Ubuntu MATE users are
requesting this package is made available following our recent migration to
Ayatana Indicators.

    + Bump Standards-Version: to 4.5.1. No changes needed.
    + Fix capitalization of the word 'Xfce'.

This package has been sycn'ed so I'm unsubscribing the sponsors team. However, the package failed to upload because the same binary packages are provided by the indicator-messages source package and with a greater version than 0.8.2-1.
