Bug Description
[Summary] CDTS suspended the system but system did not resume either via the test or via keyboard
[Steps to reproduce]
Run CDTS on remote system
Select Manual tests for Core
Select Suspend tests
[Expected result]
The test says it will suspend the system for 30-60 seconds then it will resume.
[Actual result]
System does not resume. Screen remains blank. LED remains green. Keyboard is still active but hitting keys on the keyboard does not wake up the system.
