Bug Description
The charm [1] needs to properly handle the situation when ceph-csi is related to more than one ceph-mon application.
* Check how Kubernetes-master handles this situation in regards to the cdk-addons (which is what implemented ceph-csi until now).
* Apply the same logic into the charm
If a different behavior is expected, a new bug should be open to track the work as a new feature.
