I tried to select 2 available options > clicking "Next" > Error message appear instead

We are seeing this error on unattended-upgrades on all Azure ubuntu 20.04 VMs.

@abaelter: I'm trying to reproduce the issue on Azure as that will give us an environment to investigate this bug a bit better, and I was not able to. Do you mind providing a little more information about your Azure environment?

Do you have the URN that you are running with (if you don't know this, telling us the output of `cat /etc/cloud/build.info` would be useful as well)

What instance type are you running on?

Do you mind sharing your grub configuration?
