Bug Description

Problem with number in an interval increasing without pressing "increase"

How to reproduce:
 - Open the attached net
 - Double-click on the transport arc
 - In the "Color specific time intervals" part of the dialog choose "Use constant" for the right part of the interval
 - Double-click on the up-button for the left part of the interval

The number will keep increasing.

It was enough to single click on the up-button and I could reproduce the problem.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce on windows, I do however get a null-pointer exception, that might create problems. (lp:~yrke/tapaal/fix1940401-number-keeps-inc)
