ubuntu_seccomp 11-basic-basic_errors failure on 4.15 kernels

Xenial/Oracle 4.15.0-1079.87~16.04.1 fails 11-basic-basic_errors test from ubuntu_seccomp on all Oracle cloud instances:

Base kernel bionic/linux-oracle/4.15.0-1079.87 is OK.
Previous cycle (xenial/linux-oracle/4.15.0-1077.85~16.04.1) is OK, so this looks like regression.

The base kernel (Test suite HEAD SHA1: 04245d9), previous cycle for Xenial/Oracle (Test suite HEAD SHA1: 5822e50) and tests here for Xenial/Oracle (Test suite HEAD SHA1: fcc6012) - all used different seccomp test repo commits.

Running base kernel bionic/linux-oracle/4.15.0-1079.87 against current ubuntu_seccomp also fails the same way. This is a new test in ubuntu_seccomp and @cascardo confirmed that reverting recent commit in seccomp tests fixes the issue in v4.15.
