Bug Description
It would be handy if the Angular IdlService took care of automatically converting Boolean fields from 't'/'f' to TypeScript true/false during retrieval and making the conversion in the opposite direction during updates and deletions.
Doing so would of course mean making a bunch of changes to tests against 't' and 'f' in code and templates.
A potential fly in the ointment would be any Perl APIs that accept fieldmapper objects, although transparent conversion at the NetService layer might help.
