FeatureFreeze exception: Please sync tmispell-voikko 0.7-1 from Debian sid

Binary package hint: tmispell-voikko

I'd propose making a FeatureFreeze exception for tmispell-voikko, pulling a new release 0.7-1 from Debian sid. The upstream source changes are minimal (besides dropping of glibmm copy and switching to ncursesw from ncurses).

Benefits:
- getting rid of duplicate copy of glibmm, which was used by upstream earlier and was included in the 0.6.3 sources
- getting rid of the need of ubuntu-specific version (manually patched glibmm in 0.6.3-1ubuntu1)
- prevent future FTBFS bugs like bug 184222 because of the duplicate copy

I have tested that the 0.7-1 release from Debian 1. builds (x86), 2. installs and upgrades and 3. does not break packages that depend on it (tested enchant via gedit and ispell emulation from the command line), on the Ubuntu 8.04 LTS development release updated as of today.
