Bug Description

The oslo.config.opts entrypoint is used to list up groups of parameters rendered in .conf file generated by oslo-config-generator.
However currently there is no entrypoint implemented for parameters in the [audit_middleware_notifications] section, and each service needs to implement its own entrypoint with these parameters to make these parameters rendered in .conf file

Add oslo.config.opts entrypoint for audit middleware options

... so that each service using the audit middleware can include these
parameters in .conf file generated by oslo-config-generator by adding
    that entrypoint to the command.
